This was the first project undertaken by DCL Construction Limited in which Mandeep Singh was the Managing Director who is also the Director of SS Construction Phase Limited. The value of the project was £1,290,200.00 with a project duration of 12 months. The project consisted of 11 unit conversions from office to residential and 3 were new builds, all with the most updated specification. There were many new things introduced in the projects such as zoning systems and smoke shafts. This project was completed with excellence in the proposed time.
